Our Founder
Tristan Roffey is a distinguished leader in the fintech industry, widely acknowledged as an industry innovator, Tristan has orchestrated several globally recognized, and highly publicized market firsts. Before establishing Bridge Strategies, he was Global Head of Strategy & Business Development at Blackhawk Network (BHN). Over his 15 year career with BHN, Tristan played a key role in the company's global business development activities, focusing on digital growth, payments, financial services, and new business initiatives. His efforts contributed to BHN’s wide-reaching influence, impacting over 200 million consumers weekly.
Named one of the Smartest People in Payments by Pay Magazine and a recipient of the Canadian Grocer's Generation Next Award, Tristan's career at BHN since 2008 has been diverse. He has held multiple roles across sales, product development, business development, and general management, primarily focusing on BHN’s global markets.
Earlier in his career, Tristan held product leadership roles at TELUS and Bell, managing various product lines including managed IP telephony, data center services, and retail cards.
Outside his professional life, Tristan is devoted to his family, with a toddler keeping him active. His personal interests include cycling, skiing, and cooking.
